How do you use your loyalty points and what does it entitle you to?
Reply : Hi Natasha You earn 10 points every £1 you spend. Once you reach 1000 points you can redeem the value of £10 off your meal. For example if you were to spend £100 over as many orders you wish, you would get 1000 points. The price is at my max point, the Food is one of the nicest Indian cuisines I have eaten. I do think popadoms should come as a compliment and mango chuckney

Yesterday I placed an order for my dinner at 6.47pm. I then called at 8.30pm and after an apology was then informed it would be with me in 10-15 minutes. I called again at 8.58pm when I was informed the food was finally on its way. It was delivered at 9.10pm nearly 2 and a half hours after I ordered it. By this time myself and my partner were so hungry we did not enjoy the meal at all. We have been loyal customers for years but I was incredibly disappointed at the poor service and poor communication. I would expect a full refund based on this experience and look forward to hearing your suggested resolution. Regards, Ian

The option to upgrade to a large main (korma, bhuna etc) would be great as never enough for 2 servings but too much for one. And a plain korma so just sauce no meat or veg would be great. Also the old place I use to go done a Aloo bhaji. Which I really miss and would be great of you put on the menu. Also chicken pakoras!

Really good value, well-seasoned and well-spiced food. This is our favourite Indian takeaway of quite a few years now. So glad they stayed open during the pandemic and I hope they keep going for many years to come.
